Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a rental, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, event details (dates, location, expected attendance), and any notes you include. If you book, we collect billing information needed to invoice you. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use cookies and similar technologies, including a customer-relationship tracking script, to understand how visitors use the site and to attribute inquiries to their source.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, website host, and payment processor, each bound to use it only on our behalf
- With event venues or organizers when necessary to coordinate delivery and placement of machines for your booking
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of MobileATM, our customers, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the successor is bound by this policy
Data retention
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies; some site features may not work as intended.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
