SMS Messaging Terms

These terms govern text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Stewart Ventures, Inc., doing business as MobileATM.com ("MobileATM," "we," "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program description
MobileATM sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in, for purposes such as responding to quote requests, confirming bookings, coordinating delivery and pickup logistics, sending event-day updates, and occasional service information related to ATM rentals. Messages are sent from 855‑600‑2867 or another number we identify as ours.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you do any of the following:
- Check the "Yes, please text me" option on a form on mobileatm.com and submit your phone number.
- Text us first at 855‑600‑2867 with a question or request.
- Give us verbal or written consent during a call, email, or in-person conversation about a booking.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive a few messages around a quote or booking. We do not send bulk promotional campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent or received.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@mobileatm.com or calling 855‑600‑2867.

Your mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt‑in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt‑in data and consent are used solely to communicate with you about MobileATM services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
